Barbe’s operates as a pre-order, local delivery bake shop serving Metairie and parts of New Orleans — small batch, deeply tempting, and made fresh just for you.

• Orders open Monday through Thursday

• Friday deliveries downtown (special code)

• Saturday local deliveries

• Everything baked fresh in small batches

• Real ingredients. Real butter. No preservatives. No shortcuts.

We bake this way on purpose.

Because everything at Barbe’s is baked in a home kitchen in small batches, our treats may contain or come into contact with common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. While we use the utmost care with ingredients and preparation, we are not an allergen-free facility.
